"It is very convenient as volcano bay is of walking distance. The rooms and the hotel itself are pretty. But is is overpriced."

"I was put in a floor level room right in Front of the kiddie pool originally and it was very loud with everyone screaming and blasting there music, so I decided I had to go ask them for a different room and told them it was very stressful with everyone right in front of my windows walking by every second blasting there music and screaming and that it was very loud! So they put me in a different room on the 5th floor, problem solved! It was a lovely stay for both me and my daughter. Just ask to be switched if they try to give you a ground level room."

"From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They answered all of my questions about the hotel, shuttle services, operating hours, and the surrounding area. They also took the time to explain the room options I had selected and made sure I was placed in the room that best fit my needs. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh atmosphere with no unpleasant odors. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and comfort. The on-site cafeteria was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and there was a great variety of options to choose from. After long days at the theme parks, it was convenient and enjoyable to have good food available right at the hotel. Most importantly, my kids absolutely loved the location and our overall experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
